Shipping
Upon receiving your order, we will start processing , which takes about average 1-2 business days. After that your products will be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/DHL/TNT.
In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.
In the instances aboved , if you want to order more than $100 ,you can enjoy our Free Shipping to U.S.A., Canada,Australia and U.K.
Other countries Free Shipping Internationally for order is full $300.
Return
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. For return/exchange, the goods must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the goods' box. If the goods are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
Please submit your return request by email to sale@on-sale.cc with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the infortion requested and attached them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details about how to send the goods back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hours after your email is received.
Returns and exchanges packages sending back to on-sale.cc must be post ed mark within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
Buyer paids for shipping back to on-sale.cc in original condition & packaging. After inspecting, we will credit your paypal account with the amount the buyer paid for the goods except standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.
***Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. On-sale.cc.com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by Paypal or moneybookers***
